We accept refunds within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned with any original packaging (where applicable)

How to Request a Refund

To obtain a refund authorisation code, please contact us via the contact form on our Contact page within 14 days of your purchase.
Once your request has been approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning your item.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval or without a refund code may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
